Test Campaign not received

Send Test:

• In general, please allow up to 5 minutes for a campaign to be sent from the test function. 
• Are there sufficient credits on the account?
• Is MMS an enabled feature on the recipient's phone, if not enable MMS. 
• Check the recipient's mobile number is correct. 
• Check if the image is over the 500KB limit.
• If there is a problem creating the image - please log it with MobileDigital Support team via Live Support, email or mobile.
