A campaign CANNOT be Held from your account once it has started to Send.
NOTE: If you do require a sending campaign to be stopped, contact LIVE support for assistance. We cannot guarantee a campaign can be stopped and you will be charged for the already sent messages. We recommend you double check and ensure everything is correct in your campaign before approving for this reason.
We will look at an SMS Campaign for this example, but it is the same process for MMS campaigns, Add2Wallet campaigns, Tap2Buy campaigns, and A/B campaigns.
1. Campaigns > SMS Campaign Summary, scroll down to the Scheduled Campaigns section. Here is a list of your Approved campaigns waiting to send.
2. Find the campaign you wish to hold. In the Actions column click on the eye icon to view the campaign. This will open the campaign for you to update to Hold.
3. Once the campaign is open you will see the HOLD button in the top right. Click the Hold button and the campaign will be held.
4. Go back to the SMS Campaign Summary page and you will see your campaign is being Held in the unapproved area ready to be updated and approved again.
