If you are not finding the answers to your queries in the Support Documentation, it is easy to get help by contacting us via Live Chat.

Once you have opened the Help you can search our Wiki for answers to your questions.
If you cannot find your answer, you can contact support on live chat by clicking the Live Chat button, enter your Name, Email and a Message including what you are requiring help with.
Someone from our support team will be available to chat with you within a few minutes during our business hours.
If you contact us outside of business hours, or if we are super busy and for some reason cannot take your chat immediately, a ticket will be created which we can respond to as soon as we are available to do so. The ticket will be sent to the email you provide.
