Only PNG and GIF-type files can be uploaded into the intouch Retailer Portal environment. The recommended max size of an image/creative/artwork is 220kb.
The preferred & ideal size for MMS for maximum device compatibility is 450pixels wide x 570 pixels high.
- Design > MMS Campaign Summary this area displays all templates that have been uploaded
- You can delete or edit templates from this page
- NOTE: If you have already sent a campaign, you can no longer EDIT that existing template it will move below your main list with a padlock on it showing it cannot be edited. However, you can still delete it if required.
- From here you have the ability to Build MMS which brings you to the MMS template builder
- Upload your file and it will be added to the Designs section for your use.
- You can also use the Create Design on Canva
to create your design and it will load into your MMS builder on save.
- Select to save your template.
