How do I upload my cleaned & prepared data?

For an MMS/SMS Campaign 

You can upload your cleaned data while creating a campaign, in the Choose Recipients area or by uploading directly when you Create Target.

For MMS, you can pull data from an existing Target or CSV

When you upload your data via CSV, map the fields accordingly with the tags that you are using for the campaign. For example, if you are using <Firstname> and <Code> be sure to map these accordingly. 

For SMS:

Map the fields accordingly or you can use the function Predict Column Mapping function. The column headers have to be an exact match to the system's predefined column headings. Download Sample CSV to view these.

There is a function that can update the content of the first name field for the campaign.

For example, if your file has blank first names you have the capability to replace it to say something like 'Valued Customer' instead of leaving it blank. Please be advised that this will update your customer's data in our system. There are other cleaning options available. See below for examples.
