File Templates for Data

The preferred format for data supplied is a CSV (Comma Separated Values) type file. The file load limits are 220,000 rows of data for MMS and 300,000 rows of data for SMS.

Excel is accepted but the Retailer Portal accepts CSV only.

When encoding a CSV it is best to use the Comma Separated Values format as it is the most compatible when importing into intouch™.

MMS template: 

Mandatory Fields (highlighted) are Mobile Number. All other fields are optional
