Installing intouch by MobileDigital from Salesforce AppExchange

Sign-in to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud dashboard.  Follow the steps outlined below to install our intouch app directly.

STEP 1

Click on AppExchange in your top menu and you will be directed to the AppExchange. Or go to https://appexchange.salesforce.com/mktcollections/cloud-collections/MarketingCloud

STEP 2
Type "mms" or "intouch"

STEP 3
Click on intouch by MobileDigital

STEP 4
Open the intouch by MobileDigital app listing and select Get It Now.

STEP 5
Check "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions."  Then click on Visit Provider button.

STEP 6
You will be redirected back to your SFMC instance where the intouch app is ready to be installed.

Click on Install

Accept Salesforce Terms & Conditions

STEP 9
They can now apply access to anyone in their team

STEP 10
Click on License All Users - depending on your package with intouch you may have a limit of 5 users per organisation install.  

STEP 11

Click on Dashboard - our intouch app is installed, you can return to your
marketing cloud and will see the intouch app listed under the AppExchange menu.

STEP 12
Select the newly installed intouch app.  When it loads you will see a Signup page.  Enter your main user and company details, ensuring the user information matches a user you have applied a license to when you installed the app. 

Note:  intouch utilises single sign on so If the user information is different to the licensed user, they will not be able to access the intouch app through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  

STEP 13
Intouch admin will ensure your users are added to our database to make the single sign on connection active.
