How do I send a test MMS?

We strongly recommend you send a test to your in-house test group to see how the campaign creative/artwork will appear and also how it appears in the various phone types.

1. Go to Design > MMS Templates > Build MMS or click on Edit of existing creative/artwork and this will bring you to the MMS template builder. Click on the link to view more details on how to create an MMS template
2. Once you have completed your artwork, you can Save and click Send Test found in the top menu buttons on your MMS template builder.
3. Click on the Send Test. This displays a pop-up screen.
4. Insert the qualified fields as required. 
5. Add in your test numbers completing all relevant fields. Here you have the option to Remember Test group (they will appear by default on every test), you can delete a selected row or add additional rows to your test group.
6. Click on Send. A pop up will appear confirming the send. Please allow up to 5 minutes for a test to be received. The artwork you receive to your phone will be as it will be sent out. 
7. On receipt of the test, check all details are correct and as expected and update as required.
