If contacted out of hours, a ticket will be created and we can deal with your payment issues first thing the next business day.
When contacting support, please provide as much detail as possible so we can refund your duplicate payment to the correct account.
Information required:
- Merchant Name & Merchant ID number
- Name of person requesting refund
- Amount to refund
- What happened, the more detail the better
- Email for confirmation of refund to be sent to
