Once a campaign has been Approved, you cannot change the recipients.
After saving your campaign as draft/unapproved and before approving it, you can add or remove recipients from your campaign. Follow the instructions below:
1. Find your campaign in the unapproved section of your campaign summary page. Campaigns > SMS Campaign Summary
2. Click on the person icon to edit your recipients for the campaign
3. You have 2 choices to Add or Remove recipients. You can Add or Remove From a Target or From CSV.
From Target, choose the target from the drop down and select to Add or Remove, then click Add Recipients button. Your recipients will have been either added or removed from your campaign depending on what you chose.
From CSV, choose destination, upload the CSV at step 1, map the files fields to corresponding field tags, select to Add or Remove, then click Add Recipients button. Your recipients will have been either added or removed from your campaign depending on what you chose.
4. You should now see the number of recipients on your campaign has changed on the Campaign Summary page.
5. If you do find this too difficult, you can just duplicate the campaign, make your changes and set your new recipients here.
