What image format can I upload for MMS?

You can upload both .png and .gif image formats.

We recommend that your .gif be under 220kB to enable the attached SMS text to your campaign and the gif remain under the 300kB for the package send. 

If the size of your MMS becomes larger than 300kB, we cannot guarantee it will be received by all your customers on certain networks.  We recommend keeping the full MMS campaign under the 300kB to guarantee the send will be delivered to all your targets.
