Our intouch app has the capability of managing Opt-Outs that come through our service providers but in the case of a request to opt-out by any other means (over a telephone call, in the store, over email and so on) you can manage those opt-out requests to be updated in your data in the intouch dashboard.
- Go to the Targets > Opt Outs section
- Insert individual mobile numbers or
- Upload your data using CSV file here and the portal will log the data, so these numbers are opted out from all future campaigns
